Navigation

I`ve been working on improving the website navigation.  I`ve changed the home page to try and make all the links less muddled, and I`ve added a set of navigation buttons across the top of each page (many website visitors are unable to see the javascript vertical blue menu list on the left of the site). 

It`s looking like the site rebuild will not be happening, so this is my best effort!

I would appreciate feedback on whether it`s better, or not, and any suggestions....

Michelle and I are travelling to Dublin tomorrow for a 2 day Decider skills workshop.   I`ll be flying from Paris so I hope the snow will have melted :-)
